Janice Pritchard I would not hesitate to recommend Fort Nox Services Limited.
Whenever I have needed their assistance they have been prompt, courteous and very professional.
It certainly makes my life much easier knowing that they are on the end of a phone anytime night or day if there is a problem at one of the buildings or on the premises.
Russ Marsh In my opinion Fort Knox have always endeavoured to give good quality service, shown flexibility and most importantly have been available when called or required.
For those reasons I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a security service.
Chris O’Brien Mark Cooper Director of the above company has asked me to provide a testimonial setting out our experience of using Fort Nox Services Limited (FNS), which I have pleasure in detailing below.
I am a Director of Centre Park Warrington (Management) Limited and have used FNS to perform all our security duties since acquiring the company in 2004. We have an excellent relationship with Mark and his staff and have found them to be trustworthy and very protective of our site. Mark keeps me informed of incidents on the site when necessary, often until late at night. I am aware that Mark and his team often will put themselves out by working late or challenging people on the park when I’m sure other security firms “would look the other way”.
FNS have undertaken a number of ad hoc security jobs, often at very short notice, for other group companies where a need has arisen, one phone call to Mark and I know we’ll get the assistance needed.
Brookson Fort Nox has provided security services to Brookson at our site in Warrington since 2006. Over the years we have built an excellent working relationship. Fort Nox is reliable, vigilant and provides rapid response when required, often going over and above to keep our property and staff safe. They are contactable anytime of the day or night which provides peace of mind. Furthermore, they have a wealth of contacts for general maintenance or immediate action requirements that you may encounter, should you need their assistance.
Paul Thomas We have been using the services from Fort Nox Ltd for 18 months at 3 off our sites. In this time we have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient and price competitive. They provide a very high level of Customer Service and they always communicate with any incidents and general logs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other business.
Pam I can confirm that Fort Nox Ltd are currently instructed and engaged to carry out the security services for our offices based in Warrington. I have found Mark and his team to be thoroughly reliable and professional in all aspects of their service delivery, so much so that I will continue to use them for our requirements in the future and would not hesitate to use them if we had previous security breaches.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the professional services of Fort Nox Ltd.
Brendan Duggan I am the Executive Officer for Usdaw, which is a large Trade Union with an estate of offices across the United Kingdom. We have a large office on a large business park in Warrington.
I can confirm that we have relied upon the services of Mr Cooper’s company for many years and we have always found Fort Nox to be extremely reliable and helpful in advising us and supporting the office in all security-related matters.
In addition to routine security services, Mr Cooper was extremely helpful and proactive in dealing with unexpected events, such as when our car parks were invaded by several caravans of travellers who refused to move. Mr Cooper was instrumental in convincing the travellers to go, and liaising with relevant authorities to facilitate them leaving. He also arranged for temporary barriers to be erected to prevent their return.
In all the circumstances, I would therefore recommend Fort Nox Security Services to you.
